Presidents’ Council
Leaders Inspiring Leaders
Since 1994, Presidents' Council has, with great success, provided its members with the time, atmosphere, and structure to become more effective leaders. Through a time-tested and unique process of sharing with and learning from one another, Presidents' Council develops group synergy that facilitates significant self-discovery and professional growth.
Presidents' Council is a serious, ongoing, mutual commitment to success.
Councils are comprised of 8-10 company leaders who commit to invest a half-day each month to helping each other improve their businesses and themselves. Meetings are absolutely confidential. And the groups endure year-after-year with only minimal changes in membership.
Your Presidents’ Council becomes your informal Advisory Board of Directors.
When you need feedback on business or personal issues, your fellow Presidents’ Council members are your finest resource. They become your personal confidants.
Presidents’ Council strengthens your leadership skills and knowledge base.
The Presidents’ Council is comprised of executives like you, and a moderator who is trained to help your Presidents’ Council develop and mature as a dynamic and productive group. Your Presidents’ Council generates new ideas and concepts for you and your fellow members. You will experience great educational “take-home“ value.
Presidents’ Council enhances self-knowledge.
The unique meeting format and communication guidelines used in each Presidents’ Council meeting improves your interpersonal, management, and problem-resolution skills. You not only benefit in your business and personal lives; you also end up making great friends.
"Presidents' Council is everything I let it be. It's an open environment for me to discuss work, family, and my professional development in ways I simply won't or don't always discuss with my family or colleagues. It's a safe place to test out new topics I'm exploring or old issues I need to get past. We get to the heart of the matter in a flash. The dialogue is sincere. The lessons are always numerous ."
