VT KnowledgeWorks provides a variety of programs and services aimed at improving growth prospects for companies of all sizes and ages.  To encourage risk reduction and opportunity enhancement for its tenant companies, the CRC subsidizes their use of VT KnowledgeWorks program services for up to 10% of the annual rent during the first three years of tenancy.

Conference Rooms

• Lakeview – a “signature” room with a large, flat screen monitor, tele-conferencing hookup and table seating for 13; additional seating for 12 more
• Retreat – a “parlor” setting, furnished with mixed, upholstered seating for as many as 12
• Venture – a mid-sized meeting room, furnished with two square tables that can optionally connect, to accommodate seating for 8
• Brainstorm & Innovation – smaller meeting rooms, furnished with a single oval table, 6 swivel chairs, and 2 soft chairs
