Montgomery County has an unusual business climate. Although our local labor market is dominated by Virginia Tech and the hospitals, we are a powerful generator of new, private, local companies. The Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center (VTCRC), home to 140 plus businesses is the economic hub of our private job growth. The high-dollar, high-tech jobs that will persist in the economy of the 21st century are being created and nurtured on about 100 acres just south of the Virginia Tech campus.
VT KnowledgeWorks, a division of the VTCRC, now serves over 55 of the most progressive new businesses in the region, and that number is growing steadily. Sponsorship of this program is a uniquely powerful way to participate in the formation and growth of the brightest and best new companies. Our sponsors are impressively visible within the community through our publicity channels and enjoy preferential access to the leaders of the blossoming enterprises that constitute our membership.

For $1,500, you can become a “signature” sponsor of one of our specific programs, for example, our Founders’ Readiness Retreats or Presidents’ Council. Sponsoring a specific program includes additional mentions on the interior pages referring to those programs and on program literature.
